At top3 by design, we want you to love your curated home additions; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on most items within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
