How much does shipping cost within Australia?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia, with free standard shipping on most orders over $150. Bulky items or remote locations may incur additional fees, which are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We want you to love your design. If you change your mind, you can return most items in original, unused condition within 14 days for a store credit or exchange. Please note that sale items and special orders are final sale.
Are all products on your website authentic?
Yes. At top3 by design, we have a strict policy against replicas. Every item in our collection is 100% authentic, original design, sourced directly from the authorized manufacturers and designers.
Do you offer international shipping?
We sure do! We ship many of our curated items worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at the checkout page.
How can I track my order?
