This set of 8 cubes is both a functional and decorative desk accessory made to encourage exploration of natural and composite materials. The cubes include: maple wood, bakelite, cork, granite, EVA, silicone, acrylic, and aluminium. The cubes can be stacked to create one large cube or arranged individually as separate sculptural building blocks. Perfect for the amateur or practicing architect's desk.
Co-founders of PROUN Space Studio, Bennet and Bonevardi have produced works featured in The Un-Private House and Mies in Berlin, two exhibitions mounted by the Department of Architecture and Design in 1999 and 2001, respectively. Cube sizes vary slightly due to the unique nature of each material used.
